Massimo Trabaldo Togna

Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Auriga Holding since its foundation, Massimo Trabaldo Togna is, since 2006, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at PKB Private Bank, of which has been a member since 1997, and a member of the bank’s Executive Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Massimo Trabaldo Togna is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cassa Lombarda (Milan) since 1984, having been appointed Chairman of the bank in 2003. Since 1994, he serves on the Board of Directors of COFI SA (former parent company of PKB), a group within which he spent most of his professional career dealing with investments in the real estate, banking and agricultural sectors.

Born in 1954, Massimo is an Italian citizen and graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is married and father to two sons.
