Umberto Trabaldo Togna

Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Auriga Holding and PKB Private Bank since April 2020, Umberto Trabaldo Togna is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Previously, Umberto Trabaldo Togna held the role of PKB Group CEO (Chairman of the Executive Board) since 2005 and has been a member of the bank’s Executive Board since 1994, where he acted as Head of Private Banking.

Umberto also serves on other Boards of Directors including those of Cassa Lombarda and COFI SA.

Born in 1961, Umberto is both a Swiss and Italian citizen and graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Geneva in 1983. He is married and father to three children.
